This role sits within the HR Business Partnering team in HR and it’s an exciting time to join, as we have recently made some changes to the way we work to enable our team to deliver the best service to the University as well as providing opportunities to develop and grow.
About the Role
The Business Partnering team is the front face of HR, responsible for working with the Directorates and Faculties to align our vision and our people. Working closely with stakeholders they act as a trusted partner, providing strategic advice, support and guidance on a full range of people matters.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP, the People Coordinator will work to support them and the Associate HRBP in providing the most effective HR service.
The role will be responsible for supporting on employee relations casework for their client group, providing procedural advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR matters, and providing administrative support to local and university-wide HR initiatives as required and directed by the Senior HRBP.
This is a permanent, full time (35 hours per week role)
The role is hybrid and the role holder will be expected to attend the office in Lavington Street (Southwark) as well as travelling to other King’s campuses in line with business needs.
