This is a Limited Term appointment for 2 years - to be reviewed at 18 months.
About the role
The Office of Human Resources is seeking an experienced and visionary leader with strategic thinking skills to become our new Director of Workforce Development and Culture.
Within this role you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Organisational Design and Development team and the Learning & Development Team for Isle of Man Public Service.
As part of the Cabinet Office Plan, you will develop the capability, capacity and efficiency of the Public Service in delivering excellent Public Services, and to be a place where people want to work and develop, with a positive culture, and a recognition of both achievement, value and the importance of delivery.
