Your new role
Joining the team to support with an increased work load for a period of 6 months, you will work in a generalist remit but with a focus on leading complex ER casework including supporting managers through performance management and grievance process. You will also support with post integration of the recruitment module of Workday providing expertise to the business and supporting managers.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in a generalist HR remit within an insurance or other professional services business where you will be able to demonstrate managing complex ER casework as well as working knowledge of Workday, ideally the Recruitment module. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month duration working in a hybrid manner, 3 days per week from the London office.
