Your new company
A successful Housing Association are looking for a Learning & Development Officer who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing their training.

Your new role

* You will co-ordinate and allocate training via the internal learning platform.
* Liaise with managers to understand the training needs for their teams and then plan and organise accordingly.
* Liaise with external providers to arrange external courses.
* You will work with the HR Lead to help develop the L&D offering and keep abreast of L&D challenges and legislation.

What you'll need to succeed

* Ideally, experience of working in an L&D role or within a HR team with some L&D experience.
* Strong organisation and communication skills

What you'll get in return

* 35 hour week
* Hybrid working - min 2 days in the office
* 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.
