An exciting opportunity to join a large, longstanding public-sector organisation who are currently seeking a HR Advisor, on a contract basis initially (permanent role available), to join their busy, diverse department.

Your New Role

Within your new role as HR Advisor, you will deliver a high quality, proactive, efficient and timely HR advisory and support service for the organisation.

As HR Advisor, you will work alongside senior stakeholders within the business, with confidence, to build strong, trusted relationships. You will support with complex ER Casework, providing sound advice and guidance, whilst also positively impacting your team, sharing your knowledge and experience, with the view to support in upskilling those around you.
It is essential you have strong experience managing a range of low level to complex ER cases.

Alongside your caseload, working in a data-led environment, you will be expected to utilise and interrupt HR data, identify trends, and make recommendations to stakeholders to both improve and support the business' needs.

* Complex ER Casework Support
* Stakeholder Management
* Coaching & Training
* Reporting on & analysing HR data

What You Will Need

* Experience supporting with Complex ER Casework, preferably in a large/complex organisation.
* Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, paired with the ability to push back when necessary.
* The ability to communicate with staff across all levels of seniority.
* To be a flexible, team player.
* The ability to interpret data and share findings.
