Join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing business located in Poynton, Macclesfield. Currently seeking to appoint a HR BP to cover a 12 month maternity cover. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your New Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will support your own business unit, focusing heavily on employee relations. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed. Key responsibilities include performance management, learning and development, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and absence management. You will also play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and work closely with payroll to ensure accurate monthly pay information. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

What You Will Need to Succeed

* CIPD Level 7 qualification and a degree-level education.
* Extensive generalist HR experience, with previous experience in an HR Business Partner role.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
* An open, positive mindset, determination to succeed, and a sense of humour.
