HR Advisor (HR Partner)

Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR generalist to join a not-for-profit organisation in Fareham, Hampshire (1 day per week). Hybrid Working

* As an HR Advisor, you will be working with a dedicated set of managers and sites throughout the organisation.
* You will be providing comprehensive HR advice and support to managers across the region.
* You will be handling a variety of employer relations cases including grievance, disciplinary, sickness, absence management, performance
* You will also support HR staff wellbeing, HR policy and HR reporting.

Candidates

* Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor who has a generalist HR advisory background, including employer relations cases.
* Experience of handling cases including - grievance, disciplinary, absence management, sickness, employee wellbeing.
* HR Generalist experience

The Offer

* 12 months Fixed term
* Faraham Hampshire, 1 day per week minimum and the ability to go to sites in Hampshire, Dorset and Berkshire as needed, but on occasion.
* Hybrid working
* 25-day holiday
