Your new role

This role is aligned to a client group of 300, working with 2 partners on all their people plans from early careers support through to partner leadership development. You will be a part of the wider HR team of 30 headcount with support from a robust and experienced centre of excellence.

* Work with and support centre of excellence to ensure delivery of HR agenda to your business unitInitiate and support with Change plans
* Support senior leaders to attract, retain and develop talent, through talent acquisition and talent management plans Build out diverse talent pipelines
* Collaborate with HR team and wider EMEA regions

What you'll need to succeed

* You will be an experienced HR business partner, who's current stakeholders are partner/director level within a legal or wider professional services firm.
* Your level of communication will be excellent, within all verbal, written and presentation
* Ability to build fast, but lasting relationships with your colleagues, internal stakeholders and external parties
* Commercially aware, have the ability and track record to showcase cost saved vs ROI through the design and implementation of your people plans
* Understanding and experience of working within a professional services firm within the past recent yearsBackground of seeing through multiple HR calendars within a firm with length of tenure
