About the role

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to join our team.

In this role, you will enhance the advisory function and create a new tiered Helpdesk to provide a first-class customer experience while developing and leading a new project management structure for HR.

Your impact will be significant as you play a critical role in transitioning to a strategic HR Business Partnering Model and being a key part of the senior leadership team.

We need a leader to drive our strategic HR initiatives, empower our team, and help us to become the Island’s employer of choice.
