You will also draft all recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is up to date throughout the process, along with maintaining and producing reports from REx (Recruiting Excellence system), ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
About you
We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them, and our resourcing professionals come from a variety of sectors. Key to this role will be your significant relevant administrative experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
You will have relevant recruitment experience combined with awareness of UKVI and employment legislation. Experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, Access; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent) is essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Oleeo) is also required. Equally important will be your effective communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach.
