People Coordinator

Your new company
A global music publishing business are looking for a People Generalist to join their team of 6. Reporting into the HRBP and supporting the HR Lead, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the onboarding process of new employees across the UK business.
* Supporting with the HR Administration of new contracts, offer letters, benefits and employee changes.
* Liaising with Payroll to administer any changes, including new starters, bonuses, promotions etc.
* Support with the recruitment process - preparing job descriptions, screening CVs, and interview coordination.
* Support and lead on projects surrounding Wellbeing, L&D, and improving HR policies.
* Opportunity to support and advise on Employee Relations cases.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of working in a busy HR Function covering the full employee lifecycle.
* Experience working in a creative firm is preferred, including Media, Marketing, Technology etc.
* Understanding of the payroll process - this is out-sourced, however updates, changes starters & leavers will be your responsibility.
* Be organised, and able to manage a busy workload, be creative and able to bring new ideas to the table.
