What You'll Accomplish:

Lead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge people strategy that attracts, retains, and inspires top talent. Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, equipping our staff with the skills they need to flourish. Partner with senior leaders to ensure seamless alignment between people strategy and business objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where diversity of thought is valued and respected.
