PART TIME L&D Project Coordinator - 22.5 hours a week - Sheffield - circa £35000 DOE - plus great benefits package. Flexible and Hybrid working

This is a large national manufacturing organisation who is on a journey of continuous improvement.

Your new role.

This role is a newly appointed one - which sits in the HR & Talent Team.

You will contribute to building organisational capability in core areas of focus by effectively establishing key programmes, supporting the management of qualification and apprenticeship programmes, and leading the delivery and management of associated learning interventions.

You will be involved in:

* Work with subject matter experts to anticipate the volume of programmes needed, including identifying the various colleague audiences
* Support the establishment of strategic learning programmes using data and insights, to support decision making and identify any opportunities/risks
* Develop and lead promotional campaigns for target audiences and stakeholders
* Partner with the education provider to establish a clear and phased delivery plan to include the launch, onboarding and induction and ongoing impact assessment/progress reviews
* Manage the training / education providers on a day-to-day basis, to ensure that all related apprenticeships, programmes, and commercially funded interventions are meeting expectations, learning outcomes, and demonstrating effective return on investment
* Lead on the engagement of learners and line managers, from implementation through to on programme, progression /performance
* Manage commercially funded learning interventions, including programme scoping, content development, and the coordination of programme delivery, along with overseeing access to associated tools e.g. administration of the associated systems and data
* Lead the delivery of internally delivered courses and workshops for managers and colleagues, including tracking and reporting, and appropriate evaluation
* Work with the wider business to signpost, coach and educate line managers in the many tools and resources available to help them effectively deliver projects, through existing learning platforms and resources

What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have:

* Experience having completed learning needs analysis or capability assessment
* Proficient in the use of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and preferably experienced in the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) platforms (or similar)
* Experience having managed external education suppliers and partners
* Experience of apprenticeship programmes and associated funding rules
* Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality
* Project management experience/skills
* Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
* Great facilitation and/or delivery skills and experience
* Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS/PETALS) Certificate or Train the Trainer or eqpoint
