Your new company
I am currently recruiting for a fantastic and long-standing client to recruit a HR Advisor. This is initially a temporary position but could become permanent, if that is what you are looking for.

Your new role
My client is based in Woking, but there will be (fully expensed) travel to national sites UK wide. My client has a brilliant expense scheme to make sure you are never out of pocket, including use of a company credit card. When you are not working in their fantastic office or travelling to sites, you will be able to work from home.

* In this generalist HR Advisor role you will:
* Have updated knowledge of employment law
* Support operations and line managers with employee relations (sickness, absence, grievances and disciplinaries)
* Advise employees and managers on HR issues
* Use problem-solving skills to come to the best and most practical solutions
* Work with unions

What you'll need to succeed

* In-depth employment knowledge
* Previous HR experience
* Knowledge of employee relations
* Ideally have experience of working

What you'll get in return
Initially, this role is interim, but has a good potential to go perm. However, this could also be a interim role whilst my client recruits a long-term candidate. They have a brilliant expenses scheme, a great pension and are a fantastic organisation to work for.
