Job Details
Fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre. As they continue their journey of growth through strategic acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role based in their Manchester city centre office, with occasional travel to one of their sites.
Your new role
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive HR Administration support to the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Advisors and Business Partners to ensure high quality HR Service for the business. To be successful in this role, you will offer some experience within an HR role or people function in a fast-paced working environment. You will be organised with the ability to cope with a high, varied workload whilst consistently maintaining complete accuracy. You will need to demonstrate professionalism in your approach and be comfortable prioritising and planning your own workload.
Key Responsibilties:
* Responding to and resolving queries from employees and leaders
* Producing accurate letters, documents and reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis
* Managing and updating the HR Information System to ensure employee records are accurate and kept up-to-date
* Creating regular and bespoke data reports and analytics as required
* Administering company benefit schemes including childcare vouchers and season ticket loans
* Adherence to, and constant review, of procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality of information
* Presenting HR inductions to new starters
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What you will need to succeed
* Experience working with a HR/People Team
* Experience with SAGE HR would be desirable
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional approach
