An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspiring HR professional to join North Lincolnshire Council’s senior leadership team.
You will develop further the HR & OD function across the council, enhancing the vision and strategy of the team while providing senior level advice to the council’s senior leadership team.
Leading on all matters relating to Human Resources & OD, candidates will improve the development of strategic aims, ensuring best-in-class policies are advanced further. We are seeking someone who will ensure policies are enabling, outcome-focused and aligned to residents’ priorities. You must be able to ensure they are understood, owned and implemented across the organisation.
The Assistant Director Human Resources and Organisational Development will play a pivotal role in further shaping the ambitious vision and priorities for residents. They will play an integral role in transformation by continuing the development of a modern human resources offer which supports and enables the council’s ambitions.
Candidates must deliver enabling, progressive and sustainable approaches which underpin the One Council approach to continuous improvement, transformation and improving outcomes to enable greater impact and ensure a better, brighter, more prosperous future for every family in North Lincolnshire.
