Trainer

Your new company
You will be working for a Government organisation, as a Trainer, on a 6 month FTC paying £41,000-46,000 per annum. This role is required to cover a secondment, so could be extended beyond the 6 month stage. The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are immediately available.

* Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, and working alongside 3 other Trainers, you will work in a generalist capacity, to deliver management development training and BAU training (soft skills, business skills, EDI etc).The main priority and focus of the role is to deliver the Management Development training, to groups of 15-20 at a time. This delivery will be a mix of in person, and virtual, and the content is already written.What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to hit the ground running, with experience in delivering management development training. You must also have good IT Skills (powerpoint, MS Teams etc).
