Job Details

An exciting opportunity for a Permanent HR Team Leader / HR Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering HR services to the business. You will model HR best practices, establish credibility and trust with stakeholders, and support innovation in HR support. Based in Milton Keynes, a hybrid-3 days office based, 2 days working from home.Key Responsibilities:

* Coach, mentor, and develop a team of HR life cycle support advisors who will provide HR advice on HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development queries via a case management tool.
* Offer expert advice and guidance on end-to-end HR processes, policies, and procedures.
* Be solutions-focused and resolve potential issues.
* Streamline processes and procedures while building a great rapport with senior stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as an HR Team Leader / HR Operations Manager in a large, commercial HR Shared Services environment.
* You must have experience with the Workday system or, alternatively, have experience as an HR Team Leader within the retail industry.
* Passionate about excellent customer service and process improvement.
