Senior HR Systems Specialist

My client is an international, faith-based charity headquartered in south-east London (SE5), who have provided essential support to families and communities for over 150 years.
Your new role
Joining a collaborative team of 7 and reporting to the Head of HR Systems, key responsibilities will include:

* Leading on various system implementation projects from commencement to completion
* Be responsible for the creation of complex report building and data visualisation
* Line management of 2 HR Analysts
* Ensuring that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an HRIS and data expert with significant experience in:

* Data reporting, specifically with Power BI (essential)
* Evidenced experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisation (essential)
* Strong experience with HCM systems - iTrent, Cascade, Workday, PeopleSoft etc
* Line management experience will be highly favourable (desirable)
