Job Details
As the Total Reward Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the organisation's Total Reward Strategy. You will ensure that the reward offerings are market-leading and aligned with their People Deal. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop breadth and depth across total reward, including performance management, reward, benefits, and pensions.Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of the Total Reward Strategy, performance management, reward, benefits and pensions.
* Reward projects will include agreeing a pay deal / pay increases, utilising data to understand what competitors are paying, internal mobility, looking at the offering to retain employees.
* Ensuring reward offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.
* Conduct horizon scanning and data analysis to inform reward strategies.
* Analyse the current reward offering and consider alternative, more appealing offerings.
About You:
This role will suit a forward-thinking, energetic, experienced Reward Manager who brings external best practices and the latest trends to the table.You must have experience in large, complex, commercial organisations.
* You must have strong data analysis skills to develop and enhance reward strategies.
* Is experienced in compensation and benefits.

£6,000 car allowance per year
Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.
We put 8% of your salary into your pension, even if you don't contribute yourself. We'll pay up to 12.5% of the salary, if you contribute as well.
