Working for a luxury property developer.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of People, the People Coordinator will help to develop the People and Culture function, whilst also supporting the wider Operations function with a key focus on continuous improvement, employee experience, data analysis, reporting and delivery.You will support with: recruitment, policy review & development, managing employee changes and amendments, act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, produce and present data. You will also have input into initiatives such as Learning and Development, Reward and Recognition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, Corporate Communications and operational HR.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a busy and fast HR function.Ideally, CIPD L3 min (or equivalent)
