18.75 hours per week (2.5 days/week), 0.5 FTE Term Time (39 weeks Term Time plus 2 weeks)
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced HR Assistant to provide additional professional and efficient HR transactional and administrative capacity and support to the HR & Compliance Manager and the HR function.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- A CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Essential)
- Experience of working in a HR transactional processing role within a fast paced HR function (Essential), preferably, in a regulated sector of either Education, Health or Social Care (Desirable)
- Worked as part of our staff team in a flexible and professional manner (Essential)
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to colleagues, parents, students, governors and external agencies (Essential); and
- Proficient IT, administrative and self-organisation skills, ability to use own initiative, have attention to detail and work at pace and confidentially.
