Interim ER Consultant

Interim ER Consultant, 6-month contract, London City, Matrix Financial Services

Your new role
ER Consultant role for an initial 6-month day rate contract, working for a financial services firm. This role's purpose is to create efficiencies in their ER department, managing a team of 4 ER specialists. Covering EMEA region, including Germany and France, works counsel. Reporting into the head of HR, supporting a project where you'll be responsible for looking in-depth policies, including conduct issues, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working requests and workplace concerns.

What you'll need to succeed

* Significant experience working in Employee Relations
* Recent and significant experience in financial services or insurance employee relations
* Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organisation
* Strong understanding of UK employment law
* Ability to manage internal and external resources to mitigate risks to the Mars business and reputation
* Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
