Job Details
We are supporting an Essex based local authority in their search for someone to do just that.
You will join an established team as a floating HRBP who will support with change/transformation and organisational design.
To be considered you need to:
* Come from a public sector background (not necessarily local government)
* Have experience in working on large scale change projects
* Have experience working on job analysis (ideally job evaluation experience)
The role offers hybrid working with the requirement to be on site 2 days a week
