Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will support ongoing and new projects by providing sound HR advice including policies, ER including performance, best practice, recruitment, workforce planning, and leading and supporting on numerous projects. You will need to be able to travel to sites in London with travel to Nottingham.Support managers across sites with project planning including workforce, resources and providing training and guiding on process.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 or equivalentIdeally, construction, facilities, blue collar sectorIdeally, have worked across multisites within a matrix, multidisciplined business.Experience of manager ER cases including disciplinaries and grievances, as well as performanceIdeally, I hold a Full UK driving Licence
