Job Details
They are looking for an experienced Trainer who can hit the ground running in delivering management training and business as usual courses. Whilst this will be the main duty of the role, you will also be required:
1 To manage the planning, design, implementation, and delivery using a blended approach for Learning and Development requirements for the delivery of training interventions
1 To facilitate Learning and Development interventions/workshops for individuals and teams
1 To liaise with departments and managers to determine training needs
1 To amend and revise training programmes as and when necessary to support change in the work environment
You must be able to start immediately to be considered and have experience in the design and delivery of L&D Training and other interventions.
