Your new company

Working for aprofessional services consulting firm, specialising in financial services andinsurance advisory services. This firm is growing and has doubled in headcountsize in the past 1.5 years, with 1,000 internationally. The firm hosts an HRteam of 12, and grow through mergers and acquisitions.

Your new role

This role will be leading an L&D team of 3, reporting into the Head of HR. You'll be responsible for the design, delivery and budget of learning and development across the firm. The L&D team consists of an L&D coordinator, advisor and Early Careers manager. You will be responsible for all leadership development, with hands on executive stakeholder management.

Develop and deliver tailored learning schemes which fill gaps in skills alongside aligning with theneeds and goals of the business.
Measure the successand impact of learning programmes through analysis of feedback and data.
Facilitate practical and engaging development workshops which drive improvement.
Provide 1:1 feedback allowing colleagues to further development.
Support individuals stepping into management roles, working closely with them to help develop theirteams and adapt learning materials to their specific needs.
Communicate with external bodies to source training materials which cannot be created in-house
Vendor management
Managing an L&D budget
Senior/Leadership management development and talent management programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
This is the perfectrole for someone with more than 5 years experience within L&D functions,looking to progress further.

Coaching qualifications
CIPD level 5+ qualification
Experience working in professional services
Experience of utilising a Learning Management System
Experience of course development, design, delivery and facilitation, including blended learning approaches
Proficient in MSoffice
Experience using online collaboration tools (Webex, Articulate, Miro, Jive)
Experience in professional services, open to candidates with backgrounds in financial services or insurance.
Experience within facilitation and design on both in-person and e-learning programmes
