Job Details
Your new roleAs a Senior HR Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR department, focusing on core administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing payroll administration, generating data reports using HRIS (Workday), and serving as the first point of contact for any HR-related queries.Additionally, you will take on enhanced responsibilities such as being the first point of escalation for team administrators, mentoring and training new starters, and providing support across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the People Manager to ensure seamless HR operations.

* Proven experience in an HR role, preferably at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
