Job Details
During this 12 month fixed term contract you will be responsible for redesigning policies in line with the Workforce Strategy. There are around 80 different policies in place and all need updating with the urgent ones being:
Change Management
Performance Management
Recruitment
Grievance
Flexible Working
To be considered you need to have a strong background in working on HR policies and be able to be on site in Essex 2 days a week
