Employee Relations Consultant

Working for a global investment bank, with over 200k+ employee globally. Looking for an ER Consultant for a 6-month period on a day rate of £575 (umbrella). You'll be managing a complex caseload, advising on senior/complex ER cases. You'll be working closely with the wider HR Business Partnering team. This is an international reach role, managing employment relations issues, whilst looking at mitigation strategies.

Experience required:

* Expert in employee relations within a regulated financial services environment, with exposure to international employment law
* Working knowledge of the latest and forecast employment law and legislation
* Strong communication skills, including presentations i.e. senior board meetings / CHRO interaction
* Preferable if your career history has most recently been within a matrix, bank or financial services institutions
