Your new role
The HR Administrator is integral to the development and success of business and will assist and support the HR Assistant and HR Manager.
The team is a central support to operational Human Resources team and all employees and is responsible for the provision of quality administration information and support through the areas of Payroll, Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Information Reporting.
This is an excellent role for an HR Administrator with solid HR support experience to widen their experience in L&D coordination, payroll and project work.
This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with a keen eye for detail.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess some experience within a HR department / employee lifecycle work - HR administration, learning & development and recruitment.
Also, you will ideally have experience of working on payroll administration - but this area can be taught to upskill your career/skills. Numerical skills are required.
NB due to the location of the business and lack of public transport routes - car ownership is required.
What you'll get in return
* A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - upto £27000.

* 37 hours a week Monday to Friday role - 8.30am to 4.30pm
* Flexibility - but SITE BASED (own transport needed due to lack of public transport in the area)
