Your new role

You will be key member of the HR team ensuring an effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Advising on employment law and the organisations HR policies and casework
* Providing professional HR advice including absence management, disciplinary issues, performance management, and grievances.
* Supporting the implementation HR projects
* Accurate system and database usage

What you'll need to succeed

* Preferably Level 5 CIPD qualified
* Strong generalist HR experience including case work
* Experience conducting and advising at HR meetings and hearings
* Experience in delivering training
