Job Details
You will work for one of the most well known government organisations in London, on a 12-month contract as an L&D Administrator. This is an exciting role, working directly with the Head of L&D, to support key workforce strategies and training plans across the organisation. The role is paying £22-25 per hour, and will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are on 1-2 weeks notice as a maximum. This is a newly created role, hence being recruited on a 12-month hourly basis.
Your new role
You will sit within an overall training team of 35, but work directly with the Head of L&D. The training team supports the entire organisation of 1,300 staff, but this role will specifically support the Head of L&D on two critical projects which feed into key workforce strategies.
Your role will have 2 main priorities; Day to day L&D administration, in relation to income generation and maintaining and updating (data input and cleansing) of the internal training system, ensuring all employee information and training records are correct. This is vital to inform the 3-year strategic training plan and training needs analysis for each individual, as once this is done, it will enable the creation of individual training profiles for each role, and to track what training has been received.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working as an L&D Administrator within the public sector. Excellent administration, customer service, communication skills and data skills. 1-2 week notice period as a maximum, as the role will start ASAP.
What you'll get in return
You will work hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office (days chosen by you), and can work your 35 hours flexibly (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm etc). You will be paid weekly, and the role could be extended or become FTC or permanent after 12 months.
