Your new role
You would be the on-site HR expert, hired as an HR Advisor reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be supporting colleagues by providing best practice HR advice and guidance and will help streamline a growing business.

What you'll need to succeed

* You should possess and use your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organisation as you will be first line of support to staff requiring advice on employee relations matters.
* You will need to have a meticulous eye for detail and will be able to proactively analyse data and identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
* You will have experience of updating policies and will be able to take the lead in ensuring that our HR policies and guidance are up-to-date and work with other key stakeholders to regularly refresh and improve our policy, guidance and tools.
* You will have relevant experience working in an HR team providing advice and guidance on managing disciplinary, attendance, performance, and other employee relations cases.
* You should have an interest in matters surrounding employee well-being and take initiatives to develop and support the workforce in this area.
* You will be able to use your own initiative as well as work collaboratively as part of the wider team.
* You must possess good organisational and time management skills and a proven ability to manage your own time and prioritise work.
* You should have experience of HR systems and reporting, including MS Office products.
