HR Officer

Hays is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Co. Armagh to recruit an HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
As an HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Manager and gain experience across the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, implementing a new HRIS System, revising existing HR Policies/procedures and assisting with performance and absence management.
Your new role

* Support with recruitment
* Support Line Managers in dealing professionally with employee relations matters
* Point of contact for all HR related queries
* Prepare and present HR metrics
* Support with the coordination of graduate and apprentice programmes
* Any other reasonable duties as may be required

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in an HR related role
* Experience with recruitment
* Good organisation skills
* Awareness of NI employment law and legislation IT Proficient

What you'll get in return
