Your New Company

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Bury as a HR Advisor. You'll be part of a fantastic team that is both friendly and motivating, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This 12-month fixed-term contract role is to cover maternity leave and offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your New Role

As a Human Resources Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support to the business (c.170). Your role will involve ensuring that managers and employees are equipped with best practices to foster a high-performance culture. You will focus on providing expert HR advice and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives. This role is a Generalist HR role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, development of polices and procedures and wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

What You Will Need to Succeed

* Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
