Your new role
Regional HR Advisors to partner and support the sites in the South/South West region. This is a rewarding position where you will be first port of call for employees within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service. This hybrid role will include:
* Support Managers through a variety of employee relations issues
* Advising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycle
* Ensure Managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant information
* Organising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience of working in Human Resources in HR Advisor positions or Employee Relations Advisor role
* Experience and knowledge of UK Employment law
* Experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.
* CIPD qualified preferred but not essential with
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
* Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
* Ability to drive and willingness to travel as this role will cover the south.
