Job Details
I am delighted to be partnering with a UK-wide organisation on the recruitment of two Learning and Development Facilitators; one located in Sunderland and the other is located in Newcatle / Northumberland reporting into the Learning and Development Manager. We are supporting roles located across the UK, 17 in total, due to a restructure within the organisation creating 19 new roles within the L&D Team.
An organisation that will put you through training to develop and study further within L&D; CIPD, Diplomas & Accreditations.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will have the opportunity to travel across your specific region; Sunderland or Newcastle, delivering in-person training sessions across a wide range of areas. You will take the lead on delivering engaging and interactive sessions while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of service within the organisation. You will also get involved in project work too!
Responsibilities include:
* Facilitate interactive learning sessions
* Deliver training using a range of methods; virtual sessions, blended learning approaches and in-person workshops
* Provide one on one training and group coaching
* Conducting training needs analysis
* Identify any gaps in skills and knowledge across your region
* Collaborate with the wider L&D team to design, develop and implement tailored learning programmes
* Implement coaching strategies
* Involved in Project work
What you'll need to succeed
* You must have experience working in an L&D environment and providing coaching / training for over 3 years.
* A highly creative L&D Professional
* Must have a driving licence and car to travel around the region
* Experience designing, engaging and creating learning programmes
* Able to deliver training individually or in group sessions
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and travel requirements
* Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS platforms) and E-learning platforms
