Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
* Training & Development (60%):
* Develop and deliver face-to-face HR and leadership training sessions.
* Topics include appraisals, inductions, disciplinaries, grievances, navigating change, decision-making, and delegation.
* Employee Relations (40%):
* Manage end-to-end ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity/paternity, flexible working and change management.
Travel Requirements:
* Travel to various locations, including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Essex, and Lincolnshire, averaging 4 days' travel per month.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as an HR & L&D Advisor or HR Advisor who has a wealth of experience delivering face to face training on HR best practice.
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management.
* Ideally qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
* You must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.
