Job Details
A newly created role to work for an organisation focussed on learning and development. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position will work in partnership with the SLT, key stakeholders and other HR colleagues to deliver plans and solutions in line with business priorities.
Your new role
A varied and busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Head of HR to deliver the people agenda and ensuring compliance with HR best practice
* Manager and develop the HR team
* Utilise HRMI to produce high quality reports to deliver to the SLT to guide decision-making
* Utilisation of data to develop new HR strategies and solutions
* Be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures
* Work on the DE&I agenda to develop an inclusive workplace and dynamic working culture
* Design and deliver management training to enhance leadership skills
* Provide leadership and guidance on ER related cases and matters, providing training where required
What you'll need to succeed
The organisation is looking to appoint an inspiring and innovative individual who can deliver best practice and new business strategies. The key skills required are:
* Chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD)
* Proven track record of operational and strategic HR management
* Experience of providing advice at a senior level on any aspect of the HR business service function
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice
* Strong HRMI experience and the ability to analyse detailed data sets
* Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
