This role really reflects the significance of their strategic workforce planning agenda and the need for high quality scenario planning and insight so you can really add value here!

Flexible working is offered on a hybrid arrangement - a minimum of 2 days on site a week,

You must have experience of leading workforce planning in a very large, complex organisation - ideally within the NHS

You must also have experience in holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher.
