Interim HR Business Partner (HRBP) – NHS
MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in the North West who is looking for an Interim HRBP to join them for an initial 3 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HRBP with experience in the NHS, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and staff to provide expert HR guidance and support on strategic initiatives in line with the organisations objectives.
You will partner with senior leadership teams to implement and drive strategic HR initiatives. You will provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
The successful candidate will also support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful cultural and operational transitions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in an HRBP or senior HR role, within the NHS
- Proven track record in managing and supporting change initiatives, particularly in large, complex organisations
- Strong understanding of NHS policies, procedures, and employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You must be located or be able to travel to the North West as you will be expected to be on site approximately 3 days per week.
