Job Details
Hays is pleased to be working with a local charity to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
* Support the HR department with administrative tasks
* Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and with onboarding of new staff members
* Maintain personnel files
* Ad hoc duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
What you'll get in return
* Minimum 3 month assignment
* £11.44/hour
* Hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in office)
