Resourcing Officer

We are recruiting a Resourcing Officer to be part of the new established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR). 

Reporting to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, you will help us successfully deliver both partial and end-to-end resourcing campaigns to grow the team, including volume resourcing campaigns, rolling campaigns and ad-hoc projects to support business needs. You will contribute to project planning, co-ordination and evaluation to continuously improve our HR service, helping deliver effective resourcing solutions for our new and fast-developing organisation. You’ll be helping grow the HR function for a high-profile organisation carrying out unique and vital work, helping us develop and deliver a high-quality HR service for a wide range of specialists.
