London office (3 days a week in office)

Role overview:

* Preparing of all benefits strategies, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK & Ireland
* Benefit administration for UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers and life event changes
* Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries
* Point of contact for third party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers
* Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
* Main point of contact for employees with benefit related queries
* Assist with benefits bench marking, analysis and reporting
