Recruitment Officer

Your new company
Hays are working with a public sector organisation to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role

* Support the HR team with end to end recruitment activities
* Working with line managers to keep them up to date on the status of recruitment processes
* Liaising with candidates to schedule interviews and provide offers and feedback
* Preparing recruitment related paper work and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience working within an HR department
* Previous experience with recruitment and/or HR administration
* A sound understanding of recruitment best practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with and HRIS (PAMS preferred but not essential)

What you'll get in return

* £14.50 per hour
* 3-month assignment with possibility of extending
* Free parking
* Full-time (37 hours per week)
* Flexi-time
