Job Details
A well-established manufacturing business in South Derbyshire are looking for a HRBP for a 12-month maternity cover.
Your new role
* Support the full employee life cycle, including managing the on-boarding process, inductions, probation reviews, leavers etc;
* Co-ordinate recruitment activities; producing job descriptions in conjunction with line managers, advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, screening and arranging and supporting with interviews as required;
* Support and coach managers in all disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes. Providing guidance and managing associated risks;
* Guide managers on disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring relevant policy and process is adhered to.
* Support with the development of training plans for new and existing employees with a focus on succession planning and talent management;
* Act as the HR System superuser, keeping the system updated with new starter details, changes and leaver information. Raise the associated starter/leaver/change forms and paperwork;
* Collect and compile HR metrics and date from a variety of sources.
* Continuously seek to improve HR processes, across the group, through sharing ideas and assisting in improvement projects and training managers/team members on new processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, CIPD Level 5
* Strong generalist experience - good knowledge of ER and employment law
* Stakeholder management experience.
