Junior HR Advisor-Interim-6 Months

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim Junior HR Advisor to join their fast-paced HR Team for a 6-month interim assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor looking to gain additional exposure in HR within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation.Key Responsibilities:

* Manage low-level Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, sickness absence, performance management, and flexible working requests.
* Support with collating data and conducting data analysis for changes to the bonus scheme and pay negotiations.
* Maintain and update all HR trackers to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across various functions.
* The role is hybrid 3 days a week in the Milton Keynes office and 2 days working from home. Travelling will be required to the Bicester or Birmingham office about once a week.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience at Junior HR Advisor or HR Co-ordinator level.
* Proven ability to manage low-level ER cases.
* Strong HR administration skills, ideally within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation.
* Excellent organisational and data analysis skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
