Job Details
Your New Role
As HR Advisor, you will support the HR Business Partners across the organisation with all organisational change, including the implementation of an upcoming, large-scale TUPE transfer. You will successfully and confidently coach managers throughout all Change Management processes, ensuring effective solutions relating to Change Management issues are implemented.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will also provide advice on a range of people-related issues, queries and complex ER casework, ensuring advice is values led and accurate.
As HR Advisor, you will successfully build relationships at all levels, proactively working with Directors, Managers and the HR Management Team to identify improvements in practice and to implement project work, HR and organisational development initiatives.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
* Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Experience of managing and leading on TUPE.
* Previous experience dealing with consultations.
* Strong knowledge of employment relations management.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and experience of effectively influencing all levels of management.
* CIPD or equivalent.
