Global commercialfirm that operates in over 50 countries. Due to continued success, theorganisation is investing in its reward team and hiring a national Reward Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As the RewardManager, you will work alongside the HR teams to create, implementand maintain reward frameworks that support the strategy. You will report to the Head of HR Operations and manage x1 HR Advisor.
What you'll need tosucceed
* Previous experience as a Reward Professional.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Strong understanding of HR policies and practices and continuous improvement.
What you'll get inreturn
* Compensation of £75,000 - 85,000 with a bonus.
* An excellent benefits package.
* Largely remote working.
